📋 Guidelines for Participants & Authors

🧪 1. Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts should clearly summarize the objective, methodology, key findings, and conclusion of the research.

  • The abstract should be written in English, within 250–300 words.

  • Include:

    • Title (in bold, sentence case)

    • Author names & affiliations

    • Presenting author’s email ID

    • 3–5 keywords

  • Abstracts must be submitted in .doc or .docx format via the conference submission portal or email.

  • Each author may submit up to two abstracts (oral or poster).

  • All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the scientific committee, and acceptance will be notified via email.


🎤 2. Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation:

  • Duration: 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A.

  • Presenters should bring their presentation in PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) format on a USB drive at least 1 hour before their session.

  • Standard equipment provided: laptop, projector, microphone, and laser pointer.

  • Session chairs will strictly maintain the time schedule.

Poster Presentation:

  • Poster size: A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm) – vertical format.

  • Include title, authors, affiliation, objectives, methods, results, and conclusion.

  • Posters must be mounted before the session starts and removed at the end of the day.

  • Presenters are expected to be present during the designated poster viewing sessions.


📚 3. Full Paper Submission (Optional)

  • Selected papers will be invited for publication in Scopus-indexed or peer-reviewed journals in collaboration with the organizing committee.

  • Full papers should be 4–6 pages (excluding references), prepared in Word format, following the template provided after abstract acceptance.

  • Papers must be original and unpublished, adhering to ethical standards.


👥 4. Registration Guidelines

  • At least one author must register to present their paper or poster.

  • Registration includes access to all scientific sessions, conference kit, lunch, coffee breaks, and certificate of participation.

  • Early-bird discounts are available for registrations completed before the specified deadline.

  • Group discounts apply for institutions sending 3 or more delegates.
