To recognize and celebrate outstanding scientific contributions, innovative research, and impactful presentations, Kapsule Summit proudly presents the GSFS 2026 Food Science Excellence Awards.

🥇 Award Categories

1. Best Oral Presentation Award (2 Winners)

Prize: USD $500 each
Honors the two most outstanding oral presentations for their scientific originality, methodological rigor, and clarity of delivery.

2. Best Poster Presentation Award (3 Winners)

Prize: USD $300 each
Recognizes three outstanding posters that demonstrate strong research design, visual quality, and clear communication of results.

3. Young Researcher Award (1 Winner)

Prize: USD $400
Presented to an early-career researcher or Ph.D. scholar (under 35 years) for innovative and high-impact research contributing to the advancement of food science and nutrition.

4. Innovation & Sustainability Award (1 Winner)

Prize: USD $500
Awarded to a project, study, or technology that demonstrates exceptional innovation and a strong commitment to sustainable food systems or environmental impact reduction.
